Privacy Notice

Storm Elevate is a trading name of Storm Consulting & Management Ltd, registered in England & Wales ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. Questions about this notice or your data can be sent to hello@stormelevate.com.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, email address and (optionally) company, when you write to us or use the contact form.
• Your message — whatever you choose to tell us about your situation or goals.
• Engagement information — if you become a client, information necessary to deliver our services and meet our legal and professional obligations.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking technologies on this website. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you.
• To prepare proposals and deliver advisory services.
• To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our practice), contract (delivering services), and legal obligation. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

Processors

Our contact form is delivered by Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which processes submissions on our behalf in order to transmit your message to us. Email is handled by our email provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as long afterwards as legal and professional obligations require (typically six years).

Confidentiality

Discretion is foundational to our work. Everything you share with us — whether or not you become a client — is treated as confidential, and we are happy to formalise this with a non-disclosure agreement before any substantive conversation.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@stormelevate.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
